If you’re one of the 50 million adults in the U.S. with arthritis, you’ve likely spent a lot of time searching for a treatment that actually works. was developed by Weber Shandwick for client Voltaren (a GSK brand) – the first full-prescription strength gel for powerful arthritis pain relief. The first and only arthritis-friendly website out there, it was uniquely designed for arthritis patients. Knowing a majority of the target audience have difficulty navigating websites due to pain in their hands, the site featured built-in accessibility features such as voice search, a voice-enabled chatbot, large tap targets, scalable font sizes, and the ability to view hands-free content via videos and head-gesture capabilities. Real arthritis patients helped do prototype testing and The Arthritis Foundation even recognized as the first arthritis-friendly website and provided accreditation on the site. Watch the video.
